In keeping with our school values, at Dorothy Barley Infant School, we are proud to be able to give our pupils the opportunity to participate in The Junior Duke Award. The Junior Duke Award is a life skills award that helps children build confidence, resilience and independence, giving them a sense of empowerment and achievement.
The Junior Duke Award reaches far beyond the classroom. Each level of the Award pushes children to develop practical skills that have a huge positive impact on their lives and ensures that we are creating capable children who are armed with the necessary life skills to look after themselves, each other and the future of our world.
The Awards

The Junior Duke Award is a wonderful way to create conversation, bring our school community together and have fun whilst our children grow and develop. For more information on The Junior Duke Award please follow the link: Junior Duke
