At Dorothy Barley School, safeguarding children is of the highest priority. We expect all staff, governors and visitors to share this commitment.
At Dorothy Barley School, safeguarding children is of the highest priority. The staff and governors work tirelessly to ensure that the children are: safe from harm, know that staff have their welfare at heart and that they will be listened to if they want to discuss a problem.
Details of our Safeguarding Team are below. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your child or any other child in this school.
Pupil wellbeing and safety is actively promoted at the school. Pupils are listened to and feel safe. Staff are trained to identify when a pupil may be at risk of neglect, abuse or exploitation and they report their concerns.
If you have any concerns about your child, please contact the school office and ask to speak to a member of the Safeguarding team.
