07 Mar Library Launch!
The school has been fortunate to receive a grant to develop our library into a welcoming space for children to read for pleasure. We have been working away behind the scenes and were ready to launch our brand new library space as part of World Book Day! Our library is now equipped with brand new furniture and books, as well as wonderful artwork created by the children themselves.
To officially open our library, we were joined by a very special visitor, our Chair of Governors, Sue Matthews. Our newly appointed Year 2 librarians enjoyed sharing our new library space.
All classes have had the opportunity to visit the new library and choose a book to share at home. We hope you enjoy reading our new books!
