This week we have been learning how to mix primary colours to make secondary colours. We know that the primary colours are red, blue and yellow and we have had a lot of fun mixing them together to see what colours they make.
We have also been learning how to mix our own powder paint. We have to use 2 scoops of powder paint and one scoop of water. We have really enjoyed making different colours and we can even wash all our pots when we have finished!
In our Talk4Writing lessons this week we have worked together and made a story map of the book ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear what do you see?’ We can now read the story using our map and also makaton signs. Some children made their own story maps too.
