04 Apr Reception – House Challenge – Earth Day
Last week, we all took part in our fourth House Challenge of the year based on Earth Day. The children have been learning about the Earth and why it is so important to care for it. In their Houses, the children learned about the importance of reducing pollution, picking up litter and how plastics can damage the environment. They designed posters to raise awareness of these important issues.
All children also participated in a planting workshop with our site manager, learning how to take care of our school environment.
