24 Oct Year 1 – Science & Art
In Science this week, we conducted an investigation this week to see which materials are waterproof. We made some predictions, then carried out a test to see if we were right. We discovered that foil and plastic are waterproof. Paper towel and fabric were very absorbent.
To finish our ‘What’s in the Toybox’ topic, we drew then painted some toy pictures, mixing primary colours when needed to get the exact colour we needed.
