13 Sep Marvellous Me – Oak Class
Our topic this half term in Oak Class is Marvellous Me.
This week we have enjoyed singing action songs such as Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes. All the children have joined in.
We have drawn around the children on large pieces of paper and labelled different body parts.
In PSHE, we have been looking at our emotions and feelings. This week we focused on happy and sad. We made happy faces in the mirror and talked about what makes us happy.
In Art, the children have been learning to name colours and to use a paintbrush correctly. We sang the rainbow song and painted pictures of rainbows.
