In Art this week, Year 1 have been experimenting with paint. We learnt that red, yellow and blue are primary colours which means we can make all other colours by mixing just these three. It was very exciting to see the new colour appear!
In Maths, we have been finding the numbers that go together to make 10 and trying to remember the pairs. We played a game and had to find our partner to make ten with the Numicon pieces.
This was also our second week visiting our wonderful library. We took back our books from last week and chose some new ones to take home and read.
