12 Jun Reception – Minibeast Art
Reception have been busy creating wonderful minibeast artwork this week using a variety of materials. The children used natural resources such as twigs, leaves, shells and conkers to create their own minibeast pictures, as well as making fantastic 3D models through junk modelling. They decorated their creations with tissue paper, felt and paint and enjoyed using oil pastels to colour their minibeast drawings.
We have been so impressed with their creativity and effort. The artwork has been fabulous!
The children have also been working hard practising songs and learning their lines for our Minibeast Concert in a few weeks time! They can’t wait to share their performance with you!
